Think of this overall goal and break it up in to smaller tasks.  If you want to sell $2,000 this month and gain 4 new team members... Make it your plan to add 1 team member and sell $500 per week!  I always love to strive for more.... SO set out to add 2 members and sell $1,000 in the first week of the month. This way you are setting yourself up for success!
