Calendar Training:
1-10 of the month:
Blitz Mode
* Make appts...
* Order your 125 for the month
*Set your goal for that month on what you want to achieve
*Set them up on your calendar to go out and talk to people about your business.
*During this time you should be atleast 6 appts on your calendar for the month
*meet your personals to see what their goals are and teach how to work this plan to achieve their goal
*Set the date and time for your monthly team meeting
*Set date, time and location for your monthly meeting (try to keep it 2 hours or less on a weekday.) This is just a time to come together and bounce ideas
*Following up with people going inactive
*Start a new 10 day party
11-20 Grind Mode
*Follow up with people that have ordered in the last 90 days
*Go back to old parties you have had online and tell them about this month's kuddos
*Have your monthly team meeting
*Go do your parties and appts you booked in blitz mode.
*You should have your $500.00 in sales by the 15th of the month
*Start a new 10 day party
20-30: Grind Mode
*Your required for green have now been met, but this is the time to focus 90% of your time on your team
*have 3 way calls
*opportunity calls
* goal setting for the next month
*checking the rank chart daily to see where you are at for the month
*I usually start an incentive around this time as well. I have found giving away product or marketing material (business cards, catalogs shirts etc) has had the BIGGEST success for me.
*Get on the phone with your girls.
*Letting them know how close they are from promoting
*Offering team calls for them team that need it
* Following up with people that are going inactive but said they wanted to work it. Let them know what it will take to come back active or see where they are struggling.
*Start a new 10 day party
